Publications
Editorial Secretary for Cahiers de l’arbitrage - Paris Journal of international arbitration (CAPJIA), since its inception in 2001. The journal was founded with A. Mourre and the help of S. Lazareff; Charles Kaplan and Charles Nairac are currently co-editors. The journal benefits from the input of two highly esteemed and dynamic editorial and scientific committees.
With four issues per year, the Cahiers provide insightful articles and commentaries written by renown academics and practitioners from around the world, either in French or English, on various arbitration and mediation topics. The Cahiers are a highly regarded source of information among the arbitration community.
I am also in charge of the ‘Panorama of French case law on national and international arbitration’ since 2001 and, more recently, of the ‘Panorama of French case law on mediation’ (4 times a year). I currently co-edit these two panoramas with Bertrand Robert.
These activities, as secretary-editor of articles by prestigious authors and at the same time author of the two ‘Panoramas’, enable me to remain perpetually abreast of legal doctrine and case law in my areas of expertise.
Furthermore, I have authored articles for other journals on arbitration, mediation and commercial relations in French, Italian and English. I also speak at conferences in France and Italy on these topics :
