Member of the Paris Bar since 2002, I advise and represent companies of all nationalities before French and European courts and arbitration tribunals. Trained in mediation proceedings, I favour it whenever possible.
Appointed as an arbitrator and chair of arbitral tribunals, I am acting in ad hoc and institutional proceedings (International Chamber of Arbitration of Paris - CAIP, International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)).
1
Cross-disciplinary topics and sectors
Litigator, teacher, in charge of Paris Journal of International arbitration, having dual training in French law and Italian law, my role is to defend my clients' interests to the best of my ability.
My daily practice is based on litigation, which often has aspects of international trade.
Specialised in transnational dispute resolution, I deal with litigation and arbitration disputes relating to international trade in a wide range of sectors that includes raw materials and energy, construction, transport, as well as civil liability and intellectual property law (models) focusing on French, Italian, European and/or private international law.
2
Working together
I am directly involved in the relationship with you.
The purpose of proposing a full range of dispute resolution services is reinforced by my approach of working with my contacts when necessary: fellow lawyers, academics, French or foreign forensic experts with whom I am used to collaborate in full transparency.
Thanks to my legal background in Italy and France and my personal choices to travel often, I integrate easily into a multi-professional and multilingual working environment.
3
Transparency
Each assignment is a new target in itself for me, which I personally manage carefully in close cooperation with my clients, always taking into account their needs to balance costs and benefits.
To ensure you retain control of your spending, my fees are agreed upon and discussed with you in advance. There is no charge for the time spent explaining your business and activities and outlining the litigation in question.
If the complexity of the case requires it, I form a specific team dedicated to the issue with trustworthy colleagues, university professors or other legal professionals.
